Brief Details:

The Bill Huntley Endowment Appeal has been identified by RIBI President David and the 2009/2010 General Council has agreed to it being one of their main Foundation targets.

The World Peace Symposium

At the World Peace Symposium for three days before the 100^th Rotary International Convention Bill's Endowment was the only external funding opportunity displayed during the event, the highlight of which was the address by Archbishop Emeritus and Nobel Laureate Desmond Tutu; Archbishop Desmond went on to sign a tribute to Bill, a document which it is hoped will further the Endowment's aims.

The 100^th Rotary International Convention

During the 100^th Convention the Endowment was a key feature of the RIBI display in the Hall of Friendship and attracted considerable interest throughout. 

The Alford & Mablethorpe contingent joined Audrey Huntley (centre standing) at a tea party organised by the spouses of every RI President present.
