 On Thursday 3 April, 65 Hull and East Riding senior citizen guests attended the Rotary Club of Hull’s annual "Entertainment Evening" at the Hull & East Riding Institute for the Blind.
Sherry, soft drinks and chocolates were served on arrival and music was enthusiastically performed by the local group "Pentad" featuring songs from the 40's as well as popular Irish tunes. During the interval, Rotarians Mary Munro-Hill, John Cumming, Tony Ashbridge , John Hall and David Westwood provided additional lively musical entertainment with much audience participation. This event was one of two "Entertainment Evenings" held each year by Rotary Club of Hull, the second takes place in October 2007 at The Memorial Hall, Kirkella.
