Santa's Sleigh Ride has now completed its week touring Beverley, Cherry Burton and Tickton raising £1131 from our generous local residents for this year's President's charities, Dove House Hospice and Yorkshire Cancer Research. Despite the chilly weather many turned out to see Santa pass by and the delight this produced on the faces of the children and also many adults was enough to warm Santa's collectors on even the of coldest nights, believe me!    The money raised on the Sleigh Ride was in addition to over £500 raised exclusively for Candlelighters at Beverley Festival of Christmas on Sunday 9th December which attracted large crowds of eager children.
