Sunday 21 October - final checking of the Shelterbox kit to see what other essentials are required for the journey and how much space there is left in the boxes.

One is packed with tents and sleeping kit whilst the second one has all the essential cooking equipment.

But because we are Rotarians there is far more than the essential needs of the team being taken to Freetown.

6 Freeplay Radios have been donated - one will travel in each vehicle including the Support Vehicle.  The photo shows them being labelled with "Donated by District 1270, England" on both the radio and the boxes.  They will be distributed to the other vehicles as they start packing.

120 lifestraws are also going in the vehicles.   One will be issued to each of the trailblazers with the remaining lifestraws to be donated with the vehicles.
