First Meeting of Hull Rotaract Club |

 It is with great pleasure that we report on the founding of the above Club based at the University of Hull and sponsored by the Rotary Club of Hull through President David Westwood. The inaugural meeting has taken place and a second meeting was held on Friday 9th March when 10 prospective members were present along with the District Rotaract President, Rob Davidson; the Rotary District Chairman Martin Robinson, and the Rotary ADG for the North Group, Robin Mason. The idea of this club has come from a Student at Hull University who was a Rotaractor in her home country of Guyana. She has been elected President of the new club and othr officers have been elected. The Club is going to meet the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month at 6.30pm at the Pearson Park Hotel, Hull and they are already discussing what projects they can get involved in both locally and internationally. It is excellent news to hear of a new Club and we wish them well in all they do.
