To gain access to the "Rotary stuff" on this site you need to be a Registered User.

In the left hand panel click on "register" -- highlighted in white.

On the registration page, fill in your name and your Rotary Club using the format John Smith (Club Name).

Type in a Username and Password.  The username must be in the format john_smith (note the underscore).  You will need these to login to the site after your registration has been activated.

Type in your e-mail address carefully.  An activation link will be sent automatically to the e-mail address you give.

Once you have clicked on the link in the e-mail you receive, your registration will be activated.

After you login to the site with your Username and Password you will see a menu on the left hand side and a link "Your Details".  You can use this link to change or update any of your details at any time.

PLEASE NOTE:  This site is constantly monitored by the administrators.  For security reasons, any person who registers who cannot be identified as a Rotarian by the administrators will be blocked from gaining access.  This is why it is vitally important that you identify yourself by name and club when you register.
