The Attendance Return Forms are now available in pdf format in the downloads section of the website.  Please note that there are two - one manual and one electronic which can be converted to excel once downloaded to your computer.  Notes are also available for reference especially for those who are in post for the first time.  If you have any queries please contact the Attendance Officer.
