District Officer Nominations |

District Secretary Simon Kalson has distributed to all club secretaries, the nomination forms for district office and service committee membership for the Rotary Year 2007-2008. All existing officers should note that if they wish to continue in office they must be re-nominated. The same applies to committee members, so it is essential that they get their club secretary to complete the nomination form and that they are returned to the District Secretary before the deadline of 12 noon on Thursday 19th October 2006. 1st or 2nd class mail or personal delivery only; e-mail is not acceptable, and it is requested that you do not use receipted or recorded delivery services. Anyone interested in district office for the first time, and who is unsure what the job entails, can download the job descriptions from the downloads-miscellaneous section. This is an ideal opportunity for Rotarians who haven't been involved previously with district to accept nomination, and bring in some new blood. There are always vacancies on the service committees, so why not give it a try? Nomination forms are located in the Downloads section of the website |
