Philippines FlagAny Rotarian who would like to apply to be Team Leader or any club who would like to nominate person aged between 25 and 40 who would like to be a member of the 2009 GSE Team that will be visiting the Philippines can download the application form from this website.  Application forms are located in the Foundation Section of the downloads page of the website.
