Shoppers in Rotherham will have that holiday feeling as the Town celebrates it's annual "Rotherham by the sea" event in the centre. Rotarians from the two Rotherham Clubs will be in Effingham Street (outside H Samuels) promoting and collecting for Rotary's international “End Polio Now” campaign - Rotarys $100 million Challenge 2008-2010.
