9am to 5pm - The Rotary Vehicle will be in the Central Atrium of Princes Quay.  There will also be stands and stalls supporting various appropriate charities - Wilberforce Women will be selling the photographic book; Grassroots Project will be selling fair trade goods made in Africa; Jean from Howden will be selling her fairtrade Christmas decorations and the Young Trailblazers will be selling their handmade jewellery.

From about 12.30pm the Freedom Vehicles will begin arriving in Victoria Square.

Mr Lifestraw, Stuart Leyland will be demonstrating Lifestraws.

The main send-off countdown will be starting from about 5pm until 6.30pm when the vehicles leave for the ferry led by the Lord Mayor of Hull and the Mayor of Freetown.
